RETURN MISSION PROTOCOL

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our logistics team will email within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid label (if return is due to our error)

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Repackage items with:

  • Original packaging and tags
  • Printed copy of RMA email
  • Completed return form (included in original shipment)
