SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customs delays are beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For operational security and hygiene reasons, these tactical assets cannot be returned:

  • All types of Body Armor
  • Customized Gear (embroidered patches, engraved badge wallets)
  • Base Layers (bottoms & tops)
  • Opened Batteries

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Request

Email [email protected] with subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – [Order #]” containing:

  • Full name and order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our logistics team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid label (if return is due to our error)

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Repackage items with:

  • Original packaging and tags
  • Printed copy of RMA email
  • Completed return form (included in original shipment)

Step 4: Ship Back

Refund Process

Upon successful inspection of returned items:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refund processed within 3-5 business days (appears in 1-2 billing cycles)
  • PayPal: Refund processed within 24-48 hours
  • Exchange Requests: New items ship within 1 business day after return approval
